Mowing & Edging
We take care to ensure blades are sharp for the cleanest and most effective cut on your lawn. Believe it or not, dull blades can harm a healthy lawn.
Price includes bagging the grass, removal, and edging around trees and other obstacles around the perimeter of the lawn.
Power Raking
Power raking is ideal for removing dead grass that gets trapped within you lawn. A thatched lawn makes it difficult for your lawn to receive vital nutrients, oxygen, and water required for healthy growth. A thatched lawn may also leave your lawn susceptible to disease.
Fertilization
We use a high quality, professional grade fertilizer that has proven time and again to make lawns green and healthy. This medium release fertilizer will last between 2-3 months (depending on watering frequency). The granular has a special coating optimizing timed release of nutrients into the soil.
*It is recommended to water the fertilizer thoroughly and avoid letting pets and children play on the lawn for a minimum of 24 hours after application.
Aeration
Lawn aeration is typically performed every Spring and Fall. Aeration reduces the surface tension of the soil by pulling a "core" two to three inches in length. This creates access to the root system optimizing water, nutrients, and oxygen intake into your soil.
* It may be beneficial to water your lawn prior to Fitz's arrival to loosen the soil for more effective aeration. Additionally, it is reccomended to flag sprinkler heads on the inside of the lawn to avoid potential damage.
Revive
Revive is an organic soil treatment. It acts as a surfactant, reducing the surface tension of water and soil, which has many benefits including:

My name is Jake FitzPatrick, the founder of Fitz's Aeration, Lawn Care & Landscaping. I am a native of Colorado Springs and full time Firefighter.
